Susanne’s passion to keep it alive, believing that it contributes to giving us a sense of identity and continuity, thus providing a link from our past through stone.

After completing her degree at the National College of Art and Design in 1996 Susanne learned her stone carving trade at a number of quarries and stone carving companies in rural Dublin.

Starting her own business as a stone carver and sculptor in 1999, Susanne has worked on numerous private commissions and projects, specializing in the restoration, reproduction, cleaning and conservation of antique marble carved fireplaces and architectural stone.
